Loves hot tubs is the ONLY place I’d go for my hot tub needs. I researched all over the Treasure Valley for competitive product and price. Jasyn and his team provide excellent customer service, are timely, reliable and thoughtful. The warehouse selection was very nice and I am thrilled with my choice! 10 stars ⭐️
From start to finish this was an absolute pleasure to deal with this “Family Run” Business. Posted on Facebook that I was searching for a quality and fair priced Hot Tub. Multiple individuals recommended Loves. Reached out via email and Jasyn responded in a flash, asking specifications and once I provided that had a few choices for me. I decided to drive out and once there Bekka was “Johnny on the Spot” with info, offers of donuts and water. The unit I was interested in sold before I got there, but she provided me some options. Being impatient I didn’t want to wait so I took down info and stewed a bit on it. She was always there for answers to my questions. I pulled the trigger and the experience was even better!! Their Team which consists of Valley Spa Movers, the experience with Troy/Max on the installation was A++++. Very respectful and helpful. Highly recommend this Team.
We shopped around for hot tubs for several months before meeting Jason at Love‘s. We called Jason and went to his show room in Emmett to look at several tubs. Within minutes my wife and I knew we were in the right place due to the knowledge and low pressure sales versus any other place we had visited. Not only did they have what we wanted in stock but the price blew away the competition. Service, service, service, they delivered within three days of the purchase and really gave us the white glove treatment. they answer their phones with any questions and we highly recommend using them. Jason is a veteran in the hot tub world and really knows his stuff, nice to actually buy something from somebody who knows how to service and tackle any issues if they occur. Five Star operation!!!
I purchased an Artesian Grand Bahama 45 from Loves Hot Tubs in 2021 from Jasyn. Price was great and the service and delivery was even better. Last week i noticed my spa appeared to be leaking when the pumps were on. I was on my way out the door for vacation and did not have the time to look at it so I called Jasyn and he told me no worries and that he would come out in a couple of days to check it out. Two days later while in Mexico, I received a call from Jasyn saying there was no leak and that I simply had too much water in the tub. He repaired the damage to the side of the spa due to the water over flowing. I asked what I owed him for the trip out and for the repair and he said no charge. Talk about excellent customer service. Thank you Jasyn. i would highly recommend Loves Hot Tubs for anyone in the market looking for spas.
We have been shopping hot tubs for some time and finally made it to Love's and so thankful we did. The pricing, selection and customer service was awesome !!! Hot Tub was delivered on time and by the best delivery service you could ask for. We had an issue with start up and called Jason, he scheduled us immediately to inspect. Come to find out it was our electrician, the spa was in perfect shape. Jason did not charge for this trip as he should have due to the problem not being with the spa. I can't say enough about our experience from purchase to delivery, I will be recommending everyone I know to purchase their hot tubs from Love's. Great family owned local business.
